Friends of Hospice Ottawa raises over $7200 at their Christmas Luncheon and Fashion Show held at the Holiday Inn Select in Kanata on November 22nd.

A delicious lunch was served to a sold-out crowd.  Kudos’ to the Holiday Inn for providing excellent service and food to our guests.

For the 6th year ACT 11 delivered another awesome fashion show featuring the many designer fashions and accessories they feature in their Kanata store

Friends of Hospice Ottawa welcomed the new owner of ACT 11 Colleen Giard.  Fran Croner ACT 11’s store manager and commentator of the fashion show demonstrated once again her amazing eye for fashion.

Special thank you to our models:  Heather Austin-Skaret, Jennifer Cameron, Alicia Gerwing, Holly Watson, Carolyn Byck, Dorothy McGinn, Donna Foster and Paulette Bohnen who did an outstanding job modeling their outfits.

We would also like to thank our Silent Auction chair Diane Vaughn who did an amazing job coordinating the many generously donated silent auction items and the many, many volunteers who made this day possible.  We’d also like to thank our Christmas Bake Sale chair Betty Jean Bone who coordinated all the baking for a spectacular wide range of delectable items for Christmas.  We could not have done it without you.  Thank you.
