You can show your support by becoming a member of Friends of Hospice Ottawa for as little as $25 per year. The benefits of membership include :

• Membership is for one calendar year
• Your contribution supports our programs
• Tax Receipt
• Attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting
• Priority registration for our popular events
• You will meet and get to work with a committed group of people.

The responsibilities of membership are that you agree to abide by the By-Laws and other relevant policies and procedures as these may be amended from time to time.
